Learn About Dr. E
Dr. E, a New Jersey Native from Haitian descent, is a high-performing, multilingual diligent professional with deep experience in the education field with a focus on organizational leadership, bilingual education & second language acquisition, counseling, teaching, research, interpretation & translation, curriculum development, diversity & inclusion and digital inclusion. Dr. E lived in Haiti for over a decade which contributed greatly to her natural ability working with underserved and vulnerable groups.
Dr. E earned her Bachelors in Psychology and French and her Masters in Counseling with a Bilingual Extension, both from St. John’s University in New York where she currently resides and has been for 2 decades now. She earned her Doctorate Degree in Education with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University in Florida.
Dr. E’s goal to become a global organizational leader stems from wanting to make an impact in the island of Haiti where her mother originated from.
Dr. E is an educator and counselor who works as an independent consultant/contractor through her organization, HYL advocating and providing services, resources, and training to organizations, educational institutions, and corporations seeking to empower their individuals based on how they learn not limiting them on how they are taught or any imperceptible learning differences.
